Aku Tenshi: I am not interested in much from this group but they do have Bokura no Oukoku which I find to be an adorable manga! They have an IRC channel and a bitorrent option. Their releases, along with those of many other groups on this list, can also be requested at the Yaoi Sanctuary Board, if you have a streamload account.
Atlantis Dreams: This group no longer exists at this URL. They have now become a group called Countless Time and can only be found as a yahoo group. So, don't get spooked if the link takes you to Countless Time instead of Atlantis Dream. This group still offers a ton of projects. They do shoujo, shounen, shounen-ai/yaoi, just about everything. But the awesome part is that they are quick on releases! Go check them out and be in awe!
Beautiful Soup: Yet another group that pushes itself to offer us regular releases. They are pretty dependable these days and all their stuff can be found through IRC, Streamload, Bittorrent and a few of their scanlations have been hosted, you'll find links to these on their website.
Bitter Sweet: This is a very new group. And so far they have only had a couple of releases. Also, they might be out of business after they finish their current project because they ran out of translators. Before they disappear, visit their site and enjoy their direct downloads.
Desperate Love: This scanlation group has many projects available, from Fish in the Trap to New York New York to Seimaden. The only problem is that they don't update regularly, which is their right since they scanlate for fun and for free. Currently they are on hiatus. But visit them anyway and get the scanlations off their Desperate Love Streamload Board.
Essence of Purity: This group is slow to update but they have many wonderful scanlations to offer. I host some of their chapters of Haru wo Daite Ita Volume 2 scanlations. They also have Yume no Kodomo and Lost Angel.
Fakephoenix: This isn't a scanlation group really. It's just a fan site for FAKE but it offers text translations of many chapters and has a scanlation of the final volume!
Fifay.net: I only came across this group recently when I noticed one of their releases, Detective Bluecat, on the yaoi streamload board that I frequent. As far as I can tell that's their only real yaoi project but they do offer many other types of projects. Mostly they are epic type manga with a historic setting.
Forever More: OKANE GA NAI! Er..let me compose myself. Ok, this group is great! Their projects include Okane ga Nai, Renai Junkie, Steady Study, Toki no Rashinban and..well do you really need more reason to check them out?!
Fushichou-Manga: This is a fairly new group. They focus on Yaoi and offer a good selection. They don't do direct http downloads, actually most groups don't, so learn your way around IRC and give them a visit.
Hanami: This site is totally dedicated to Miya Ikushima's yaoi Shinsengumi series, Soshite Haru no Tsuki. It's a really sweet manga, I recommend reading it, but go easy on their bandwidth! Yes yes they offer direct downloads!
Hocchuuami: This scanlation group updates regularly and offers a great variety of projects. They cover everything from sweet tales of love to hilarious romances to hot and steamy affairs. They also manage a doujinshi scanlation group called Dragonfly.
Hurrah for Tarts!: You want smut? The Tarts happily oblige! This group's projects are all yaoi! And I do mean YAOI! There's a lot of sex but that's what we're here for right? Chemistry Lab, Recipe, Body Check, Ohana to Chocolate, Good Children, and more available now through IRC, bitorrent and streamload.
Luna Chicas: Though Luna Chicas is a shoujo scanlation group, they have a sub-group called Fun and Laughter (FnL) that dedicates itself to shounen-ai/yaoi projects such as Legacy of the Dragon and Presentiment. Recently, they did a joint doujinshi project with mochi*mochi. So, let's just hope they pick up more yaoi projects.
Mangagedon: This group hasn't updated in months and most likely won't update for months to come. But many of my favorites are available from this site. Such as, Gravitation, Gohou Drug and Gorgeous Carat.
MegKF Scanlations: This group does a little of everything, Shounen, Shounen-ai, Shoujo and Yaoi. They have Poacher of Desire, Happy Honey Life, Punch Drunk Babies, Umaimon Kuwasero and more!
Memory For You: This group offers scanlations in both English and French. They focus on yaoi manga and have put out scanlations for Koi ga Bokura, Benkyou Shinasai (Study Hard), Kimi no Mukou Gawa (The Other Side of You) and Dousei Ai, among others.
mochi*mochi: I love this group! They have the cutest shounen-ai stories. And just a while ago they finished the scanlation of CUT which is one of my all-time favorite stories! You definitely have to visit them and offer to host scanlations if you can.
Moya: This is a fairly new group. But they update regularly and offer projects such as Black Knight, Little Butterfly and Wagamamadakedo Itoshikute. Their scanlations are something between shounen-ai and yaoi. They focus more on complex relationships and difficult emotions.
Nakama, Circle of Friends: This group is difficult to get come by at times. Their scanlations are offered on IRC and only for a limited time through Streamload at Yaoi Motel. But their scanlations are totally worth the effort! They do more Yaoi than shounen-ai and many times they collaborate with other groups!
No Deadline: This group has put out various chapters of Koi no Katachi, Destinies Cross, Over Reach Boy, Downtown Shuffle and most recently Dear Gentle Papa. They are even trying their hand at Doujinshi, having released Prince of Tennis-Sweet Spot at the end of August.
Obsession: Obsession's website has changed! And that happened a while ago. Now they offer a forum, board and all sorts of stuff to keep in contact and get your favorite mangas. Give them a visit, they are worth it.
Peccatore Sanctuary: This group has put out so many scanlations in so little time, I barely know where to start. Some of their projects include: Futeki ni Romance, Hitomi wa Umi no Iro, Lover's Kiss, Romantist Egoist, Step x Step and oneshots such as Taste of Love and Beautiful World. I personally enjoy ALL their releases and highly recommend them.
Remedy: This site offers scanlations for Gohou Drug by CLAMP. It's a cute manga and actually pretty funny. Unfortunately, it's been licensed so you might have to hurry to get these scanlations downloaded before they are taken down.
Project Shueiguo: This site is not dead! At least that's what they say...but ..basically it is. Eventhough there hasn't been an update since February, you can still find several chapters of their featured projects (Aitsu to Ore, Ashita wa Joutenki and Yu no Hana Tsubame) on their site for direct download. (I recently checked the site and came up with a "cannot find server" so I'm not sure if this site is officially gone or not)
Sakende Yaruze: This site is dedicated to scanlating "I Will Shout" or Sakende Yaruze. It's a great manga about a man coming to terms with having a teenage son, whom he knew nothing about until months before, and working as a voice actor for YAOI drama cds and anime! Trust me, it's funny and heartfelt.
Sakur-Crisis.Net: This is your stop if you want LOVE MODE! They have pretty much every volume available! And it's not their only project. They do both Yaoi and Shoujo scanlations! Just don't bug them too much because they hate to be pushed into doing a specific project or updating more quickly.
Shi-ran, the orchid lounge: Sadly, Shi-ran has decided to stop scanlating. But they still offer people a way to contact their favorite mangaka and many of their projects have been taken up by other groups. So, if a group seems to start a new manga in the middle, it might mean that Shi-ran has the beginning! Go check them out!
Storm In Heaven: This site contains a little bit of everything. Though most is shoujo or shounen-ai, not yaoi, the stories are fascinating nonetheless. Here you'll find Zeus, Dear Myself, Kawaii Hito and many more. They have a wide range of projects, not all are originally asian. And I love the artwork of their layouts.
Sweetcream: There are only a few projects hosted on this site. But I like them so they count! You can find Data, Cutlass (up to when the story stopped), Binetsu, Bronze and Kneel.
Sweet Lunacy: This group puts out both Shoujo and Yaoi/Shounen-ai scanlations. They just re-did their site and it looks good. Their projects are slow in coming and mostly shounen-ai.
Ushi-Persnickety Cows: There are only a couple of Shounen-ai/Yaoi releases by this group but they are still worth a mention. You'll find a Tenipuri Doujinshi and Viewfinder's "Lover's Surprise".
Yaoi no Kodomo Scanlation Group: Like many groups, they don't update often but when they do it's just delicious. They have great yaoi, as well as shota, projects and they also offer scanlations in Spanish.
Yokubou: The site for this group is only for listing their releases and for group members to access files. But occassionally they open up a file for public download. So, if you just want to know what they are offering before getting on IRC or you want to get your hopes up for a direct download, be my guest.
Zettai Hentai: You'll find some Naruto Yaoi Doujinshi scanlation downloads here!
